	TROUBLESHOPPERS.NET's objectives: The objective of TROUBLESHOPPERS.NET is to provide tools to sellers to identify possible TROUBLE SHOPPERS that were reported by other SELLERS to a centralized data based. Sellers should avoid doing business with a reported Trouble Shoppers until he/she solve open CLAIMS with other SELLERS. TroubleShoppers.NET is not telling what to do, it is only informing that your future customer was reported to us and you will have a risk if you continue doing business with the reported Trouble Shopper. TroubleShoppers.NET responsibility: TroubleShoppers.NET will provide access to SELLERS so they can report their TROUBLE SHOPPERS to a centralized DATA BASE. Sellers authorize TroubleShoppers.NET to share this information among other SELLERS under the REPORTING SELLERS responsibility. In order for you to report a Trouble Shopper to TroubleShopper.NET, the Ex-Customer must caused the SELLER some type of economic distress ( Trouble Shopper's Definitions) Once a Trouble Shopper gets reported by the Seller, TroubleShoppers.NET will notify the shopper via E-mail or Reguar Post Office mail that he/she has an open CLAIM with a you the SELLER. TroubleShoppers.NET will not attempt to collect a debet, we are not a mediator, we are not counselors, we are not a credit bureau, we are only offering tools to SELLERS so they can share information about trouble shoppers. SELLERS agrees and accept our terms and conditions posted on: http://www.troubleshoppers.net/terms_conditions.asp DEFINITION.- Trouble Shoppers: Trouble Shoppers are EX-CUSTOMERS that bought from SELLERS goods and services and took advantage of the good faith of the system and cause ECONOMIC DISTRESS to the seller(s): The internet changed the way of doing business, because of the fact on an E-commerce transaction "Sellers" and "Customer" do not meet face to face, sellers can not get a signature from the seller. 99 % of the transactions are Electronic transactions where customers pays with credit cards, e-checks for their goods and services. Trouble Shoppers after receiving good/services do one of the following - Unjustifiable file Credit Card Charge Backs - Gets money back and do not return the product. - Do not want to pay FEES stipulated on merchants' Terms & Conditions. - Buys a product and returns it used damaged or not in the original conditions. - Buys a product and does not recognize the transaction. - Uses somebody's else credit card - CREDIT CARD FRAUD - REPORT/BAN the SHIP TO ADDRESS. 99% of the times credit card companies will rule in favor of the customer. SELLERS: Are companies that sells goods and services traditionally or using the internet as a tool.
